🌿 Organic Fennel Bulbs - Galea Organics, Cranebrook NSW
Fennel’s a bit of an underdog in the world of veggies. Once you know how to work with it, it really can be the star of the show. Roast it ‘til caramelised and tender, or slice it thin and toss it in a citrusy salad with orange segments. It’s fresh, fragrant and very fancy-feeling for such a humble bulb. ✨
🌱 Organic Broadbeans - Various Local Farmers
These little green powerhouses are protein-packed and perfect right now. Pop them from their pods, blanch ‘em, peel off their coats and toss with olive oil, lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt. Simple, nourishing, and a springtime staple.
💛 Golden Beetroot – G & P Turnbull
Move over, red beets - there’s a new root in town. Golden beetroot has a milder, slightly sweeter flavour and it won’t stain your chopping board (or your favourite white tee 😅). Roast, slice, or shred it into a salad. Grown organically, full of heart-loving goodness.
🍓 Organic Rhubarb – Mt View Farm, Mt Tamborine QLD
Rhubarb is high in fibre, vitamins, and minerals like potassium and magnesium. It’s been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries to soothe tummies and help things… move along naturally. 😉 Perfect for stewing and spooning over your morning oats, yoghurt, or pancakes. 😋

Smooth pistachio ganache, caramelised pistachio bits and mylk chocolate boosted with tremella (a.k.a. the “beauty mushroom”). Creamy, crunchy, and just the right amount of boujee.
Gooey caramel, maple-roasted macadamias, dark chocolate, and a sprinkle of biodynamic sea salt. Buttery, chewy, and perfectly balanced between naughty and nice.
