Hi Foodies
I hope your week is off to a beautiful start. Our thoughts today are with all those still cleaning up from the floods, particularly those in Northern NSW who have been so badly impacted. It's been wonderful to see so many of our friends heading down there to help in any way that they can and we've been glad to donate supplies and funding to help.
Our Farmer Kel's daughter Kym lost her new home and her cafe in Lismore, for the second time in 5 years. In a beautiful act of kindness, friends and family have so far raised $20k to help them get back on their feet! If you'd like to help, here's the Go Fund Me link.
Thankfully most of our farmers are still going well and we are feeling very blessed to have a much larger range of produce available for you this week.

Yum! Anyone else get excited every time we get a new fruit? Eating seasonally gives you the opportunity to get excited because you can't get all things all the time, you actually have to wait until it's abundant and at it's prime, which of course, means it's at its most nutritious too.
More Sprouts have also been added to this week's menu: we've got Mung Beans and Broccoli Sprouts in addition to the usual Alfalfa and Snow Pea Sprouts. Sprouts are packed with nutrients including Vitamin K and C and are great for your heart.
We've also added spray-free Cloudy Apple Juice from our Farmer Denis Angelino this week. It's just pure Apple Juice, nothing added. The kids will love it!
