Healthy Christmas Mocktail Recipes (and other non-alcoholic drink ideas)

With Christmas festivities creeping up soon, it’s important to plan not just your food in advance… but your drinks!

Chrissy drinks are typically all about cans of soft-drink or cordial for the kids and alcohol for the adults.

While we don’t mind a glass or two here and there, these days we actually prefer low sugar, non-alcoholic drinks (and so do our bodies!).

We found that as we ate more organic foods we became more sensitive to not only food but things like beer, wine, spirits.

If you enjoy having a couple of drinks around holiday periods for the social-side and also to satisfy the taste buds, but don’t like how you feel the next day…

Then we wanted to share some wonderful non-alcoholic mocktail recipes and healthy drink ideas that even the kids can enjoy.

Processed sugar free, zero additives, totally delicious and good for you… plus you’ll still feel like you’re having a special drink around Chrissy.

Of course if you want to have alcohol, just be smart and have the organic kind… and if you’re having spirits, make sure you use something like sugar free, aspartame free Cola or Lemonade. You can get it from most decent health food stores these days.

Here are some of the most delicious recipes that we’ve found from around the internet. We hope you enjoy and get some great ideas. You can also source many of the ingredients through us too.

If you do notice anything has sugar, just swap it out for coconut sugar or honey.

And remember if you ever get stuck, you can always settle for a nice simple kombucha… which is often our drink of choice :)

Enjoy!
