🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

300g broccoli, florets halved

2 garlic cloves, crushed and finely chopped

30g ginger, minced
-
1 small red onion, sliced

500g beef stir-fry strips

2 eschallots, finely chopped

1 long red chilli, finely chopped
Pantry staples (not included in recipe kit):

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce

2 tbsp honey
-
1½ tsp corn flour
-
2 cups rice or noodles of choice

3 tbsp peanuts, roughly chopped (optional)

🍽 Instructions

Add broccoli to a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and let sit for 10 minutes to pre-cook. Drain.

In a small bowl, whisk together tamari, honey, and corn flour until smooth. Set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a wok or deep pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger; fry for 1 minute.

Increase heat to high. Add onion and beef strips, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Add eschallots and chilli; toss to combine.

Pour in sauce mixture and stir until everything is coated and glossy.
