🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 300g broccoli, florets halved
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed and finely chopped
  • 30g ginger, minced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 500g beef stir-fry strips
  • 2 eschallots, finely chopped
  • 1 long red chilli, finely chopped

Pantry staples (not included in recipe kit):

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1½ tsp corn flour
  • 2 cups rice or noodles of choice
  • 3 tbsp peanuts, roughly chopped (optional)

Want to lower carbs? Serve over cauliflower rice or steamed greens.

🍽 Instructions

  1. Add broccoli to a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and let sit for 10 minutes to pre-cook. Drain.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together tamari, honey, and corn flour until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a wok or deep pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger; fry for 1 minute.
  4. Increase heat to high. Add onion and beef strips, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add eschallots and chilli; toss to combine.
  6. Pour in sauce mixture and stir until everything is coated and glossy.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with chopped peanuts if desired.
