🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

500g beef stir-fry strips

1 brown onion, sliced

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

250g button mushrooms, sliced

200g green beans, trimmed

1 packet Stroganoff Recipe Base

⅔ cup sour cream
Pantry staples (not included in recipe kit):

300g pasta or egg noodles
-
300ml beef broth or stock
-
2 tbsp tomato paste
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt & pepper
For dairy-free: Use coconut yoghurt or cashew cream in place of sour cream.
🍽 Instructions

In a large frying pan, heat olive oil. Add onion and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add beef strips and cook, stirring, for 3–5 minutes until browned.

Stir in tomato paste and Stroganoff Recipe Base.

Add mushrooms and cook until softened.

Pour in stock, add green beans (and any additional veg), then cover.

Simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes.

Turn off heat and stir through sour cream.
- Serve over cooked pasta, egg noodles, or mashed potato.
