🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
For the Kebabs:

500g lamb mince

1 small brown onion, finely diced

30g garlic, minced
-
2 tsp ground cumin
-
2 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp ground coriander

Pinch of sea salt

Fresh parsley (optional)

For the Greek Salad:

250g tomatoes, chopped

1 red onion, finely sliced

1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped

100g baby spinach

200g feta cheese, coarsely chopped

1 lemon

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried oregano (optional)

Olives (optional)

🍽 Instructions

In a bowl, add lamb mince, brown onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and optional parsley and mint. Mix to combine.

Shape the mince mixture into 8 sausage shapes. Thread each onto skewers and place on a baking tray.

Heat an oiled BBQ plate, grill plate or large pan over medium heat. Add koftas, reduce heat to low, and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.

In a separate bowl, combine tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, baby spinach, and optional olives.

Add dried oregano and sea salt, squeeze over lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil, and mix to coat. Fold in feta.
