🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 500g diced lamb
  • 1 jar Ozganics Rogan Josh Curry Sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime
  • Fresh coriander leaves

Pantry staples (not included in recipe kit):

  • Olive oil
  • Rice of choice
  • Sour cream or Greek yoghurt (optional)

🍽 Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to packet instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add lamb and cook until browned on all sides (3–5 minutes).
  4. Add curry sauce, turn down heat and simmer for 30–40 minutes until lamb is tender.
  5. Serve curry over rice and top with sliced cucumber, coriander, and a squeeze of lime.

Prefer a mild curry? Add sour cream or Greek yoghurt before serving.
