🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

500g beef mince

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 brown onion, finely diced

1 carrot, grated

1 zucchini, grated

1 jar OzGanics Bolognese Sauce

500g spaghetti
Pantry staples (not included in recipe kit):

Salt & pepper

🍽 Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Add garlic and onion and sauté until softened.

Add carrot and zucchini (and mushrooms if using) and sauté until softened. Remove from pan and set aside.

Heat olive oil in pan and add mince. Break up and cook on medium heat until browned. Spoon out any excess liquid.

Return cooked veggies to pan and add Bolognese sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Add olives if using. Simmer over low heat for 25–30 minutes.
